At Back Care Plus, we don’t specialize in one particular chiropractic technique or one certain type of patient or injury. That’s because our goal is to help as many people as possible get out of pain and get back to doing the activities they love to do. Many people assume chiropractic care is only for neck and back pain, so the “Plus” in our name is there to let you know we do so much more!
How We Help
Dr. Hoover is a chiropractic physician who provides treatment for a wide range of conditions and ailments, including neck and back pain of course, as well as headaches, shoulder issues, tennis elbow, knee injuries, ankle sprains, sports injuries and more. Many of our patients get the results they were initially seeking, and then continue on with maintenance care to keep their bodies functioning optimally.

Our History
After graduating from Life University, Dr. Hoover opened his first practice in 1988. Over the years, he has opened several clinics to better serve his clients. Our name may have changed, but our commitment to providing the best chiropractic care possible to the Madison community has never changed.
Dr. Hoover has continued to expand his education over the past three decades, giving him a deeper understanding of the body and how it functions. Unlike many chiropractors, Dr. Hoover asks about your current medications—his education in pharmacology gives him insight into how medications may affect your condition.

Our practice is a free-standing building, not in a strip mall where you have to fight for parking. We take great pride in our clean, warm, inviting office, and patients tell us it looks brand-new, even though it’s several years old. We want you to feel at home.
